User Agreement
1. Termination
Either party may end access to GridHub Academy programs when material obligations are not met after written notice and a reasonable cure window. Enterprise cohort agreements may specify distinct exit steps aligned with training delivery milestones. Upon termination, licenses to shared lab materials revert, and learners retain personal notes they created independently. We may suspend access temporarily for quality standards violations, including misuse of shared environments or harassment during live sessions.
2. Acceptance
By registering, browsing, or purchasing informational listings on this site, you agree to these terms and to any program addenda presented at enrollment. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for new activity; prior purchases remain governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase unless law requires otherwise.
3. Liability
Training content is provided for professional development and does not replace vendor documentation or your employer’s operational policies. To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, GridHub Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from how you apply course materials in production systems. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Seoul shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence grant you the right to bring claims elsewhere. If a translated version conflicts with the English text, the Korean-language version prevails for consumers located in Korea when required by applicable law.
5. Service Description
GridHub Academy delivers instructor-guided endpoint operations training, practice materials, and cohort experiences described on each program page. Schedules, lab tooling, and delivery format may evolve to reflect platform updates; we communicate substantive changes to enrolled participants. Certification outcomes depend on examination bodies and individual preparation; course descriptions state what is included and what requires separate registration.
6. Intellectual Property
All curriculum, labs, recordings where offered, and branded assets remain the property of GridHub Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal learning or internal team use as expressly permitted in your enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or public reposting of course assets is prohibited. Open-source components used in labs retain their respective licenses.
7. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate enrollment information, safeguard account credentials, and follow acceptable use rules during live sessions and forums. You will not attempt to disrupt lab environments, probe other learners’ tenants, or introduce malware. You must comply with workplace and national laws when applying techniques demonstrated in class, especially around data handling and device management policies.
